Sherry Harvey does an excellent job in communicating information to our community. She is quick to respond to concerns and issues and manages them effectively. I and others appreciate all she does for the community.
On August 30 Frederick County implemented water restrictions for residents on days that depended on even/odd addresses. Fine I can live with that.
A week later they came out with a total restriction from watering plants, trees, bushes and lawns.
I retired here for it to be my final resting place to be free from worries and stress. I’m not going watch my plants die and spend tons of money replacing them only for them to die too.
So, I’m considering replacing the ones that die with lawn ornaments, for example, a life-size Sasquatch and maybe a Fairy Village or two etc., etc.
Reached out to Sherry and her helpful staff with a community concern. Within hours I received a full explanation of my question. Later the same day, Sherry reached out with additional findings, as she had contacted an additional Board Member to make sure that all was being done immediately to put the concern to rest.
This is the outstanding immediate service I have always received since Sherry and her team joined our community HOA. THANK YOU!
I have been living in my condo community going on 2 years currently and have had some up and downs with CMC in my short time. Meredith Kraft who is my community CMC representative was slow to respond at first to issues I brought up within the community. I decided to attend one of my HOA meetings where I could address her slow response time to some of the issues I had brought up and she was attentive and receptive to my criticism of her and CMC and how I wished she could do better in her response times via email/phone message, which I believe she gives 48hrs response time window. The issue I had was not getting a response past 48hrs and me having to constantly message her via email and phone to get a response that would come weeks later. After the HOA meeting with Meredith and the board hearing my grievances, Meredith has responded quickly and swiftly to issues I have brought up to her.
The most recent issue I had her help out with was with junk being dumped in front of the community dumpster for my condo building. She knew about the issue and had the responsible party pick up the junk the same day. The dumpster was also packed to capacity with junk and she worked to get the municipal trash removers to come and empty it. I am impressed with the change in conduct with Meredith/CMC and hope it continues this way. I would give Meredith/CMC prior to me attending the HOA meeting a 1/5 stars but since then will give a 5/5 stars and really appreciate the change in getting issues fixed in a timely and secure manner.
Sherry Harvey has been knowledgeable, helpful and efficient in answering questions and in providing information every time I have made a request. I am most appreciative that I can count on her.

Patricia’s consistent follow-through on myriad questions, from big to small, is always immediate and substantively helpful. In an era where solid customer service seems to have eroded nearly completely, it’s always pleasant to interact with Patricia. Well done, all around!
The Atrium has Multiple layers of declarations, covenants, rules, and regulations. There are 100s of residents for whom MetroWest is their first experience living in a condo community. This is my first experience with condo living. The responsiveness of community manager Alana Saunders to my minor concerns and issues is helping to make my transition to condo living pleasant and successful. Thank you.
I am a future homeowner ( anticipated closing in May ) and had some questions about the HOA . I emailed early this am and received a very quick and informative reply from both Tracey and Lisa . My initial experience has been excellent !
